The Twilight stars reportedly danced the night away and went "nuts" to the musical stylings of DJ Jesse Marco, reports Us magazine.

We can't wait to see what they're going to be sporting on the red carpet (Kristen wore a black dress to the party last night), but they probably won't walk the red carpet together...
Hollywood was hopping this awards weekend, and stars like Miley Cyrus, Hayden Panettiere, and Scarlett Johansson also stopped by the Chateau Marmont, while other stars hit up Soho House, Madeo, and more for pre-Oscar parties.
